Dashlane is a subscription password manager founded in Paris in July 2009 by Bernard Liautaud with Alexis Fogel, Guillaume Maron and Jean Guillou, and first released to the public in 2012. Its headquarters moved to New York while engineering stayed in Paris. The company is venture-backed, having raised over 160 million dollars from investors including Sequoia Capital and Bessemer.
