Zen Browser is a free and open-source Firefox fork started in early 2024 by a developer known as Mauro V. and built since by a volunteer community. It keeps Firefox's engine while rebuilding the interface around vertical tabs, split views and workspaces. It collects no personal data of its own, though crash reports still go to Mozilla unless you opt out.
